Terms of Service

Sydoc AG

Last updated: 2026-10-12 · The German version is authoritative; this English text is provided for convenience. · Deutsche Fassung · Version française · Versione italiana

Scope

nexora is a platform of Sydoc AG, Mühlegasse 18, 6340 Baar, Switzerland. It is part of the services Sydoc provides to its clients and is not offered separately. These terms apply to everyone who uses nexora. They supplement the contract between Sydoc and the organisation you work for; where they conflict with it, the contract prevails.

Accounts

nexora is not a public service: there is no self-registration. Every account is opened by Sydoc on behalf of your organisation. What an account may see and do is decided by the permissions assigned to it.

An account is personal. It may only be used by the person it was opened for, and only for that person's work for their organisation.

Careful use

Do not share your password, do not let anyone work in your session, and keep your second sign-in factor on a device only you use. Contact Sydoc as soon as you suspect either has fallen into someone else's hands.

Do not try to reach data you have no permission for, or to get around security measures. Do not put nexora under excessive load, for example with mass automated requests, and do not introduce malicious software. Only upload content you are entitled to and that is not unlawful, for example as a profile picture or as an attachment to a feedback message.

Automated access

You may only access nexora automatically with a key Sydoc has issued to you or your organisation for that purpose. Such a key is as confidential as a password and must not be passed on. Sydoc may block a key at any time, for example if it is misused or has fallen into someone else's hands.

Reporting assistant

The reporting assistant produces reports, queries and descriptions with the help of artificial intelligence. Its results may be incomplete or wrong. Check them before you rely on them or pass them on.

Rights to nexora

nexora, including its software, design and documentation, belongs to Sydoc AG. You may use nexora for your work within your permissions; you receive no further rights. You may not copy, reverse engineer or automatically extract nexora or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it.

Logging and data protection

To protect against misuse and to trace faults, nexora logs who calls which page and when. What is stored, for how long and who receives it is described in the privacy policy.

Blocking and deleting accounts

Your organisation's administrator can have an account blocked or deleted. Sydoc may block an account that is being misused. Blocking and deleting accounts is recorded, because it matters for billing.

When your account or the contract with your organisation ends, your access to nexora ends too. What happens to the organisation's data is governed by the contract.

Availability

Planned maintenance is announced in nexora beforehand and may prevent sign-in while it runs. An update normally means a short restart of well under a minute. These terms do not promise any particular availability or support hours; the contract with your organisation governs that.

Confidentiality

The documents and data you see in nexora belong to the organisation they concern, not to Sydoc and not to you. Treat everything as confidential. Only copy, export or pass on content as far as your work requires, and do not keep it once you no longer need it. These duties continue after your account is closed.

Liability

Sydoc operates nexora with due care. nexora shows data drawn from other systems; decisions taken on that basis are the responsibility of the organisation taking them. Otherwise, liability is governed by the contract between Sydoc and your organisation.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug (registered seat of Sydoc AG in Baar ZG), unless the contract with your organisation provides otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the others remain valid. The invalid provision is replaced by a rule that comes as close as possible to its purpose.

Contact

Report questions about nexora and these terms, and security incidents such as a lost device holding your second sign-in factor, to support.helpdesk@sydoc.ch.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page and the "last updated" date above is changed. Material changes are announced beforehand in nexora under \"What's New\".
